When BD Diesel approached MyZone Marketing, they needed help with their Google Ads campaigns as progress needed to be improved. They were looking for a more collaborative and creative relationship with a new agency.

Before diving into a full-fledged partnership, we wanted to ensure we could provide them real value. Stagnated Google Ads Performance

Our audit of their account showed that Google wasn’t getting all the data it needed to perform an optimal job. This was due to the current account structure. The issues included:

  • Wrong Traffic Segmentation: Most campaigns suffered from improper traffic segmentation and failed to connect effectively with their intended audiences. Specifically, the campaign directed mixed traffic to Canada and the United States, and it had a detrimental impact on the traffic it generated.
  • Campaign Overlap: The branded and non-branded campaigns shared keywords and targeting, leading to potential issues.

The BD Diesel in-house team has a very strong creative department and deep resources, especially regarding video creative.  The previous agency had not been updating ad creatives in quite some time. Ad Rank and click-through rates were below expectations.

After completing the CRO audit, we identified a range of issues/opportunities that were affecting conversion rates, including usability issues & bugs. We also found that content needed to be customized based on a visitor’s geolocation.

  • Our team conducted a comprehensive SEO audit. We identified and implemented critical improvements. This enhanced BD Diesel’s online visibility and search rankings, crucial for attracting quality traffic and improving conversion rates.
  • We embarked on a project to redesign BD Diesel’s website. Our goal was to refresh and modernize the site’s appearance, aligning it with contemporary e-commerce store aesthetics while maintaining the essence of BD Diesel’s established brand identity.
